Subjects

Subjects represent individuals whose cryopreserved samples are tracked within the system. Each subject belongs to a facility and can have one or more sample containers associated with them.

Listing subjects

The subjects list displays all subjects registered under the current facility. You can search and filter by subject name, code, or status.

Viewing sample containers

Each subject can have multiple sample containers. The sample containers list shows all containers associated with a subject, including their current storage location and status.

When all containers are stored, each entry shows the storage name and exact position within the storage solution.

Once containers have been retrieved, the position column reflects the RETRIEVED status and storage details are cleared.
